time to look for houses.
mum asked me to tag along with my aunt to view houses when she brings ppl.
but gotta wear those formal crap and keep my mouth shut + put on a smile acting as a trainee agent so must well get an agent to bring me around, rather than job shadowing an agent.
ok, the above's crap, since i pretty much enjoy looking at houses. =)

i don't want to live in a landed anymore.
it's kinda lonely. really.
so thinking of finding a larger than 1500psf(must!, for mum's safety) HDB/HUDC/CONDO along NEL, pref district 19.
MRT should be near, say less than 2 mins WALK cause everyone's lazy.
house can look like shit, but must be easy to design. (very square houses, lesser twist and turns, the better)

went to surf online and spent most of my time looking at sentosa cove's condo(11million) or else cairnhill (25million penthouse).

NE1 HarbourFront

Where HarbourFront Mall, HarbourFront Centre is located. This is where tourists could get to Sentosa Island by cable car, ferry or walk across via Gateway Avenue. Harbourlights condo is situated opposite the station. Caribbean at Keppel Bay is located just beside HarbourFront. NE3/EW16 Outram Park (Interchange)
